LEARNING STRATEGIES & DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE

ABOUT
Wick brings 15+ years of experience supporting students with learning differences. He holds his Master's Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Special Education from the University of Oregon and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
Wick pursued a career in education due to his own challenges growing up with a learning disability. While he often lacked the confidence to feel like he was going to be successful, he relied on the relationships he built with his learning specialists throughout school. His work with students mirrors the same strong relationships he built as a student. He helps students understand that everyone learns differently and what can be perceived as one person's weakness can be another person's strength.
Wick and his wife met in San Francisco, only to find out that they both grew up on the North Shore of Chicago. They have two young sons.
